Why isn’t it good to do that? Because fluid blisters can become infected. If when you take off your shoes you find that the heel area has become inflamed and a blister has formed, do the following:

  • Fill a basin with hot water, add salt (5 tablespoons to 5 liters of water) and immerse your feet.
  • It may hurt at first, but after a while you will feel better.
  • Relax for 15-20 minutes.
  • Then wipe your feet carefully and examine the blisters once more. If they are too big and you can’t wear them anymore, you have to drain them. Do this using an alcohol sterilized needle. In general, it is better not to press them. They will heal faster and you will not risk getting infected.

Aloe vera gel remedy

Aloe vera gel (the transparent substance found in the core of the leaves of this plant) is useful for treating various medical problems, including fluid blisters. This substance may:

  • Soothes pain and stinging
  • Heal wounds

You only need 20 grams of aloe vera gel. Apply it on the blisters and on the parts of the skin affected by rubbing, cover with a bandage and leave it to act overnight.

  • Wash your feet carefully, then immerse them in a bowl of water in which you put 5 sprigs of rosemary. Rosemary has an excellent anti-inflammatory effect that removes bacteria and impurities.
  • Dry your feet.
  • Combine 200 ml of water with 20 g of baking soda and 40 ml of hydrogen peroxide.  Stir well.
  • Apply the entire solution on the affected areas with a cotton swab.
  • If you apply this treatment twice, the blisters will heal and the rubbed area of ​​the shoes will look better.

Garlic remedy

To prepare this remedy you need 3 cloves of garlic and 100 g of thyme. Here’s how to do it:

  • Heat 5 l of water and add 100 g of thyme. This medicinal plant has a disinfectant and anti-inflammatory effect and helps to remove impurities.
  • Immerse your feet in water, relax for at least 20 minutes, then wipe them.
  • Examine the blisters. If they are not too big, it is better not to break them, to avoid infection.
  • Crush the three cloves of garlic in a mortar and pestle and place them on a bandage.
  • Apply the dressing over the liquid blisters. Garlic is an amazing ingredient with antibiotic action, which can treat wounds.
  • Let it work for 15 minutes. No need to wash.
