  • Exercise no. 1 to strengthen the lower back: Lie on a mattress or mat and stretch your arms forward, touching your ears with your shoulders. Without touching the floor with your hands, arch your back, keeping your feet on the floor. Return to starting position. This is a repetition. Perform at least one set of 10 repetitions at the beginning, then two more sets of 10 repetitions each.
  • Exercise no. 2 to remove the coils from the back: In the same position as above, put your hands behind the nape of your neck and lift your torso. Return to starting position. Perform two sets of 15 repetitions each.
  •  Exercise no. 3 to reduce back fat: With your hands behind your neck, arch your back to the left, then repeat the movement, turning to the right. Perform two sets of ten repetitions on each side.
  • Exercise no. 4 to say goodbye to the coils: Sit on your knees and put your palms on the mattress, relaxing your spine. Arch your back like a cat and then lower it, as if you want to touch the floor with your abdomen. Without overloading your back, repeat the exercise 10 times.

In addition to exercise, it is advisable to follow a proper diet. Excessive fat consumption can be one of the causes of the not very pleasant appearance of your back. You will have to give up saturated fats for a while.

Other foods that are recommended to eliminate from your diet are: red meat, sausages, dairy products, processed foods, and white sugar (as well as foods that contain it, such as fizzy drinks). All these foods lead to the accumulation of fat on the body.

If you only practice exercises and that’s it, they won’t help you much: they must be accompanied by a proper diet. Nutrition also plays an important role for health, not just for weight loss. It is advisable to eat foods that help burn fat naturally:

  • Green tea
  • Grapefruit
  • Carrot juice and celery
  • Tomato juice with aloe vera and lemon

At breakfast try to drink the following liquids:

  • Fresh lemon juice
  • Hungarian tea with lemon
